Painting with Fabrics
Fabric Collage - 'painting' with fabrics and threads.
I create my art pieces using a process called fabric collage which combines different fabric patterns and colors to achieve a realistic result similar to painting with traditional paints - only this is 'painting with fabrics'. The fine details are then applied using selective colored threads - called 'thread sketching, or thread painting'. There are no traditional acrylic, watercolor, or oil paints used in the production of these art pieces. Hope you enjoy!
